Yep, I'm a big fan of the food! I'm not a big fan of food trucks though. Like nearly all food trucks, it can take quite a while to get your food from Bandito Burrito. Fortunately, we were drinking beer at Joymongers so the wait was fine. My second gripe is that the food is kinda expensive. $11 for a Burrito.
Now about that Burrito: It was incredible and worth every penny! We had a few tacos which were equally expensively wonderful ($3.75 each). Burrito Bandito uses very fresh ingredients and the servings are generous. Its not a place I would frequent often, but will be enjoyable when I do. If you're hungry and the truck is nearby, give it a try. -

Fast. Affordable. XXL. Delicious.
I hit this place up at High Point Market and first off, thanks for being outside my building, bonus points right there. I got in line about 8 deep and was quickly moved up. The homie taking orders was calling out for pickups just as fast but it was enough time for me to pop online and see what was THE thing to get. Spoiler: Big Ass Burrito. So I got a Pork with cheese and guacamole and a Coke "Hecho en Mexico" to drink. Less than 10 minutes later I was burrito in hand and scoping a place to slam.
Now the burrito itself was big. Not Chipotle but big. I completely forgot to snap a photo of it before I tore into it like a shark in a feeding frenzy. I remember the tortilla was green and every bite was delicious. In all honesty it was so delicious I think I blacked out because thinking back I don't remember the act of actually eating it, just blurred images, the tasty remains on my lips and an empty foil wrapper. It was like I turned into a werewolf and woke up in the morning surrounded by a freshly killed deer covered in blood with flashes of memories that I was not quite sure they were my own but all the evidence said otherwise.
I had read review about the burrito prior to ordering and saw something about the spicy creama sauce not being too spicy but I didn't think they had it in there at all. Or maybe I need to cut back on the ghost peppers . It didn't matter though. What I had for lunch today was amazing and will likely be back tomorrow. Hopefully the moon is not as full so I can remember eating... -

Yum, this is exactly what I wanted! Great flavors, good portions, and an accommodating staff.

I love this truck. Tried it for the first time at the food truck rally and now I try and find it all around town! One of the best burritos I've ever had.
